High-speed Rotogravure Printing Machines
We have 6 high-speed rotogravure printing presses using durable gravure cylinders which can be used for several print runs. Each set of printing plate cylinder can reach 3000,000 to 4000,000 revolutions with stable performance. These printing machines are suitable for a huge variety of inks and substrates, and able to provide high print quality and consistency. In particular, gravure printing is typically suited to print on flexible packaging, assisting us in greatly extending our capabilities to accommodate any orders from large production to small business efficiently.
High-speed Laminating Machines
With our 6 high-speed laminating machines, we are capable of accomplishing tasks of 500,000 meters per day. The solvent-free lamination machine does not generate VOC emissions since there’s no need for paint thinner. In addition to the shortened curing cycle, it allows curing of solventless adhesives at low temperature or room temperature without drying system, thus greatly saving electrical energy. The solvent-free lamination machine has higher output and faster speed in contrast to solvent-based laminator.

LUSTER printing quality inspection system is a high precision quality inspection system for flexible packaging, the maximum precision can reach 0.1mm2. It can effectively and accurately inspect all common defects such as banding, skip out, mottling, color shifting, dirty print, etc.
Testing & Measurement Equipment
At DQ PACK CN’s quality control center, there are two independent testing laboratories covering a total area of 200m2, i.e. raw materials laboratory and finished products laboratory.
Backed by a complete range of testing and measurement equipment including oxygen permeability tester, gas chromatograph, heat seal tester, vacuum tester, tensile tester, coefficient of friction tester (COF tester), light transmittance and haze tester, pendulum impact tester, standard light source, trace moisture meter, cap torque tester, high temperature sterilizer and water bath, our 4 highly trained testing professionals are always there to guarantee the quality of all our products through comprehensive testing process.
