1.Which type of file format I need to supply for sample production?
We accept AI、EPS、TIFF、JPEG files and they should be over 300DPI.
2.What is the MOQ?
For local customers, the MOQ is 5,000pcs for each design.For overseas customers, the MOQ is 10,000pcs for each design.
3.What is the lead time?
For normal cases, after receiving the final artwork, it takes around 3-5 days to produce a plain sample, whereas around 7 days for silkscreen & offset printing sample. After the sample approval & deposit confirmed, it takes around 20 days for mass production. The lead time can be revised for urgent orders.
