The laminated material comes off the machine in wide rolls, but it’s not ready for pouch making yet. First, it’s slit into narrower rolls. Experienced operators know to watch tension and edge quality closely at this stage.
Pouch Making — Shaping the Final Product
Now the pouch starts to take form. The slit rolls feed into machines that fold, seal, and cut them into individual bags. The bottom gusset is added so the pouch can stand upright. Features like zippers, tear notches, or hang holes can be applied here too, depending on the project. Seal strength and shape accuracy are critical — if the pouch doesn’t seal cleanly or stand straight, it won’t meet customer expectations. Getting this right comes down to skilled setup and constant monitoring.

Before anything ships, each batch goes through quality checks. Print quality, seal strength, leak testing, and size accuracy are all reviewed.
